Escape from Gall Bladder's pain

Gal Bladder is small but an important structure located next to the liver and stores bile ,a bitter fluid secreted by liver. Bile speeds up the digestion process .The reasons behind gall bladder's pain can be:
1- Lack of water intake
2- Starvation
3- Excessive intakes of chili
3- Excessive intakes of oil
4- Unbridled intakes of tea coffee and pickle etc
The symptoms of gal bladder's infection can be minor and acute pain beneath the right and left ribs, pain in back between shoulders blade,vomiting and nausea after food intakes.If you are feeling any of above mentioned pains then u need to see doctor immediately and take ultrasound images of your gall bladder.There can be two types of detections like squeezed gall bladder or gall bladder full of stones.In second case there is no remedy other than gall bladder removal through operation. But if the intensity of pain is minor then you can overcome it by taking few steps;
1- Eat beet and if not then drink its juice with lemon juice.
2-Use Carrots excessively in any form.
3-Avoid intakes of fried food and if necessary then use olive oil
4-A lot of yogurt with every meal.
5-Use apple in any form
6-Prefer vegetables over red meat.
7-Drink water excessively
8-Eat food after short intervals
9-Don't leave your stomach empty
10-Flax seed tea( It is an immediate remedy but use it in case of severe pain).

The shoe...Multipurpose object

The Shoe is not less in importance in man’s life than oxygen ( O). (Some of you might take it as an exaggeration) Man can not live and survive without both items i.e. O and the shoe respectively. An absence of O causes an immediate death whilst the shoe’s absence kills man every day. In breathing at rest we absorb about 0.2-0.3 litres/min of oxygen (depending on body size).The Shoe’s absence causes trivial to serious damages like Metatarsalgia, Calcaneal Apophysitis, Achilles Tendonitis, Morton's neuroma etc. The history of the shoe is as old as human’s .An Ancient man would use animal's skin to cover their feet. The prime use of shoe is nothing but safety of feet from harm. Its secondary purposes involve wiping out of harmful things from one’s way like crushing and removing the earthworm ,the small snake and the cockroache etc ,the cigarette ,the banana peel etc. In Asian culture parents also beat their offspring with the shoe (for this purpose parents usually uses the soft soul shoe).

But In modern times, it also soothes the fashion sense of a man ,costing from $ 1 to $160,000( Isn’t it ironic when 1.4 billion people lives at/below poverty line of $1.25 a day, according to world bank’s poverty estimates ??).The presence of thousands of the shoe brand like Apepazza shoes, Adidas shoes , Bacco Bucci shoes etc also divulges the significance of this petty item.

The Shoe worth foot not head but today the people has started using it for expressing their emotions. Human channelize their emotion through plenty of ways like writing, singing, acting, dancing, war, abusing, greeting etc. In all the mentioned ways the newest is “ the shoe throwing/hitting.The Potato and the egg throwing against the bad performance is the softer way of expression but a shoe throwing is rigid and the best way in a times when man’s selfishness is at its peak .Powerful and responsible of the world have stopped paying head to the voice of people so in their state of depression the people pick weapons to register their say which isn't appropriate. This tool of expression( the shoe throwing) has came into lime light when the Muntadhar al- azid threw his shoes at then U.S. President George Bush in the press conference in Bghdad,iraq to record his protest against the Iraq invasion.

Now this tradition is being followed by many people in the other parts of the world. So my suggestion for Protestants is that rather going for the harmful means they should choose mild but harsh tool like using their shoe to register their say. In short the shoe is not merely a foot wear but the strong tool of expression. Do tell me how far you agree with my suggestion?

New blast in Peshawar

Another suicide blast in front of the gate of " Press Club" Peshawar ( an important place in Sadaar ,Cantt of Peshawar ), Pakistan at about 11:45 am. Death of three people including police officers ,civilian and journalist is reported. Security guard of press club saved a nation from serious damage by stopping suicide bomber at gate step.Injured are taken to nearby hospital.

This is the true story of the conquest of the fort Rutaas that has never been read on internet before. Every one knows that Fort Rutaas was captured by Sher Shah Suri, an afghan conqueror from Hindu Raja Hari Krishan Rai and presently it is in the city of Jhelum, Pakistan. But how he did so is worth reading. Sher Khan (Sher Shah Suri) made a plan to capture the fascinating fort by trickery rather than battle (because the fort could not be captured by the war) .He sent precious gifts with his note to Raja (An owner of fort) that if he could kept his and his soldier’s families in his absence (as he was going to conquer Bengal) by his loquacious messengers .Moreover If he couldn’t return safely from the battleground then the families would be safe at Raja’s place, as he didn't trust in the Mughal. Out of his greed, raja accepted an offer and allowed Sher khan to send his family.



Antique palanquins

What Sher khan did was very attention-grabbing and intelligent? He sent his 500 soldiers in doli’s/ antique palanquin, two in each palanquin disguised as servant. The first two doli’s were packed with an old women and bisexuals so Raja didn’t check the rest. Khan’s combatant after clearing Raja’s soldiers inside the fort opened the gate from where Khan entered and conquered an elegant fort. Conclusion a wise man is powerful than warrior.
